Grief Recovery
It’s a once-a-week face-to-face meeting that gives you the tools, space, and support to work through and release the pain of a major life loss. The program lasts seven to twelve weeks, depending on the size of your program (one-on-one vs. group). One-on-ones usually last seven weeks and group programs usually last eight to twelve weeks.
The Grief Recovery Method® offers a structured, step-by-step approach to healing from loss. Unlike traditional therapy, it focuses specifically on grief and loss, and provides a clear framework within a set timeframe, empowering you to take actionable steps toward recovery.

In a one-on-one program, you’ll receive personalized support and hear my story directly. Group programs, on the other hand, offer the added benefit of connecting with others who share their stories, creating a sense of community and shared healing.
During each session, you’ll be welcomed into a confidential, non-judgmental space where you’ll be expected to share the truth of your story as it happened to you. You’ll also be expected to complete weekly reading and homework assignments.
From me, you can expect open ears and an open heart ready to receive your story. I’m also available to answer logistical questions about the program.
